The role requires a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, a PE designation, and 8+ years of experience, with strong communication and technical writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required.
• PE designation required.
• Demonstrated project delivery experience with client management and project finances.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and engineering design of complex water/wastewater assignments.
• Lead multiple technical assignments and project teams within schedule and budget.
• Demonstrate planning studies, preliminary and final designs, and construction services.
• Identify and lead business development pursuits and client relationships.
