Job summary

No experience required; a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering is required. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation, plus strong communication skills, are valued here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• No experience required; internships or coursework are preferred.
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation and common engineering software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates
• Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for water/wastewater systems
• Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands-on experience in assessment, planning, and improvement of water/wastewater infrastructure systems
