CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Water Team in Blacksburg, VA or Richmond, VA.

You will lead planning, design, and execution of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects, partnering with municipal and private-sector clients. The ideal candidate will have 13+ years in the field, with 10+ years in project management, a PE license, and experience across treatment, distribution, and collection systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 13 years of industry experience, including 10 years in project management.
• PE license required; Virginia licensure preferred or reciprocity.
• Experience leading municipal water/wastewater projects from planning through construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management for complex water/wastewater projects.
• Serve as primary point of contact for municipal clients and build long-term relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating engineers, designers, and subconsultants.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and project performance to ensure delivery.
