Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering required or equivalent.
• PE license or ability to obtain within six months.
• 15+ years of municipal water, wastewater, conveyance, or related experience.
• Proven track record managing large, complex municipal projects.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Experience mentoring teams and leading growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases: planning, design, execution, and closeout.
• Manage complex municipal water/wastewater projects, ensuring performance, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Act as a Client Service Leader for key municipal clients and build executive relationships.
• Collaborate with CAM to execute account strategies and expand services.
• Identify opportunities and lead pursuits to win new and repeat business.
• Support business development through client engagement, proposals, and negotiations.
• Partner with regional leaders to bring innovative solutions and support growth.
