Job summary

Jacobs in Louisville is seeking an experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead high-profile municipal projects across the Southeast and beyond. You will build strategic partnerships, guide project delivery teams, and mentor staff while advancing digital solutions and organizational transformation.

A PE and 20 years of relevant experience are required to deliver outstanding client outcomes and grow our water business.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in related engineering discipline.
• 20 years of progressive experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment and/or Conveyance projects and municipal consulting.
• PE license.
• Strong understanding of clients, organizational structures, and proven history leading project delivery teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and problem-solving, and a strong organizational approach.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in new and repeat consulting work.
• Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery teams to meet client expectations.
• Develop client relationships and procure new consulting work.
• Position projects, form teams, prepare proposals, and deliver oral presentations.
• Contribute to Water Market Strategy and diversify the client base.
