Job summary

You will lead project teams through planning, design, construction, and commissioning, and help shape a water market growth strategy. You will mentor engineers, pursue new work with clients, and collaborate with leadership to differentiate Jacobs through technical excellence and strong delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of direct management of project teams is expected.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 6 months is preferred.
• Proven experience in planning and designing small to large projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams through all project phases.
• Support business development activities with key clients to win new projects.
• Plan, direct, and monitor projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Develop and execute water market growth strategies in Albuquerque.
