Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a dynamic Client Service & Delivery Lead to support water and infrastructure clients in the Sarasota area, throughout Florida, and across the Americas.

This senior role blends client advisory, project leadership, and business development across consulting, design-build, and OMFS. The ideal candidate has 25+ years of experience, strong financial acumen, and a track record of delivering complex projects while expanding Jacobs’ presence with municipalities

Qualifications

• 25+ years of progressive experience in water, wastewater, infrastructure design, construction, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from design through operations.
• Demonstrated success developing client and contractor relationships and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and serve as project director for complex water and infrastructure projects.
• Support client services for Sarasota-area clients and Florida/Americas engagements.
• Advise and support project delivery through design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Support design-build pursuits and project execution with major contractors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, utilities, contractors, and partners.
• Identify business development opportunities aligning client needs with Jacobs’ capabilities.
• Monitor schedules, cost, quality, safety, scope, and delivery performance.
• Lead risk management and mitigate contractual, schedule, regulatory, and safety risks.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, and technical leadership to strengthen market position.
