Job summary
Civil Science is seeking a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and lead our firmwide water infrastructure practice. This high-impact leadership role focuses on building teams, growing client relationships, and delivering critical water projects serving communities in the region.
You will provide technical leadership, support project delivery, drive business development, and unify water expertise across offices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- PE license is required.
- 12+ years in water infrastructure engineering and project management.
- Proven leadership of municipal water projects from planning to construction.
- Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
- Lead the design and delivery of municipal water projects across offices.
- Drive business development and client relationships in the region.
- Mentor engineers, PMs, and technical specialists; develop training programs.
