Job summary

Civil Science, Inc. seeks a Water Infrastructure Practice Leader to establish and guide the firm\'s water services. You will shape strategy, lead teams across offices, and develop client relationships to deliver critical municipal water projects throughout the region.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in water infrastructure, a PE, and a track record of delivering planning through construction, with a focus on growth, mentoring, and expanding water, sewer, and drainage capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in water infrastructure engineering and project management.
• Demonstrated success leading municipal water infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Strong client relationship management and business development experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and build technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and expansion of Civil Science's water infrastructure practice.
• Provide technical leadership on water transmission, distribution, storage, and treatment projects.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor engineers, project managers, and technical specialists across offices.
• Develop training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
