LVI Associates is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the growth and delivery of water resources, environmental, and infrastructure consulting across the region. You will oversee planning, budgeting, staffing, and project execution while mentoring teams and expanding client partnerships.

This leadership role emphasizes strategic direction, program development, and high-quality project delivery within a growing regional market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources, or a related technical discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
10+ years of progressive experience in engineering consulting, environmental consulting, infrastructure, or related technical services.
Proven experience leading projects, managing clients, and overseeing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of planning, design, permitting, regulatory compliance, and project delivery processes.
Experience developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical work plans.
Demonstrated success managing client relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing technical professionals.
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to balance operational leadership, project management, technical oversight, and business development responsibilities.
Experience utilizing industry-standard engineering, modelling, analysis, and design software platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical judgement in complex project environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the growth and delivery of water resources, environmental, and infrastructure-related consulting services across the region.
Oversee project planning, execution, quality management, and successful delivery of technical projects.
Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and financial performance.
Serve as a senior technical resource, project leader, or client advisor on complex assignments.
Provide technical oversight for engineering analyses, planning studies, permitting efforts, and design activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
Support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, strategic pursuits, and client engagement activities.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions across a variety of project types.
Mentor, coach, and develop technical staff while supporting recruitment and succession planning initiatives.
Promote consistent project management practices, quality standards, and operational excellence across the team.
Monitor workload forecasting, resource allocation, project risks, and client satisfaction metrics.
Represent the organization within professional associations, industry groups, conferences, and networking events.
