Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. seeks a Water Resources Practice Leader to drive nationwide strategy, technical excellence, and growth across all U.S. locations. This role focuses on building capabilities, expanding market presence, and delivering high-impact water resources solutions.

Ideal candidates will lead cross-regional teams, mentor staff, and develop lasting client relationships while navigating evolving regulations and innovations in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 10+ years of experience in water resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Water Resources Practice nationwide across AE2S locations.
• Set and drive the national vision for water resources services.
• Partner across regions to grow teams and market presence.
• Lead technical direction and elevate quality for water resources projects.
• Identify emerging water resources trends, regulations and innovations to form strategy.
• Support major pursuits and build strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop engineers and technical staff across offices.
