Arup is seeking a Water Services Leader in Los Angeles to grow and deliver water engineering and advisory services across Southern California. The role combines technical leadership, client relationships, project delivery, and people development within Arup’s Water Infrastructure Services.

The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering degree with a water specialization, and a PE/Eng licensure; PMP/DBIA credentials are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with water specialization.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Professional engineer (PE/P.Eng or equivalent) preferred; PMP/DBIA helpful.

Aufgaben

• Lead client management and business development with key Southern California water agencies.
• Oversee complex multidisciplinary water projects from planning to delivery.
• Provide technical leadership across water resources, treatment, conveyance, and flood risk planning.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to recruiting and team development.
• Develop project plans, staffing strategies and QA/QC processes.
