Qualifications

• BA/BS with 8+ years in drainage design or related water resources experience.
• PE license in CA or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Master’s in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design teams on water resources projects (dams, channels, flood control).
• Develop hydrologic and hydraulic models and permit applications.
• Mentor junior staff and build high-performing teams.
• Coordinate with clients and support LA market marketing efforts.
