Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Document Controller to oversee project document control for the WIFA Long Term Water Augmentation Fund Program. The role ensures a structured document management system and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The position supports the delivery of water infrastructure feasibility initiatives, maintaining workflows, versioning, audit trails, and secure access to all technical and commercial documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EDMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of document control procedures, technical documentation, and revision control.
• Experience with design, construction, permitting, and administrative deliverables is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project document control system (Procore, Autodesk, or similar).
• Manage document workflows for design, construction, permitting, and administrative deliverables.
• Maintain document numbering systems, metadata standards, transmittal logs, and revision control.
• Coordinate document flow between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, permitting authorities, client representatives and other key interfaces.
