Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Water Infrastructure Engineering Intern – Summer 2027 to join our Henderson, NV office. You will assist with drawings, specifications, and design documents for water projects while gathering data and performing routine calculations under experienced engineers.

Applicants should be enrolled in a civil or environmental engineering program with 60 ABET hours completed. Familiarity with MS Office and CAD tools is preferred; internship offers mentorship and a strong

Qualifications

• 60 hours toward civil or environmental engineering degree from ABET-accredited program by start of Summer 2027 internship.
• No prior work experience required for candidates in BS degree programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic data entry and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist preparation of drawings, specifications, and design documents for water infrastructure projects.
• Collect data, perform basic analyses, and complete routine calculations.
• Document design alternatives and prepare portions of technical reports and permit materials.
