Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a dynamic Client Service & Delivery Lead for Sarasota and Florida-wide projects, spanning consulting, design-build, and OMFS. The role focuses on client service leadership, project delivery support, and strategic growth with a collaborative, cross-service-line approach.

The position emphasizes building municipal and utility relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and guiding proposals and client engagement across the Americas. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 25+ years of progressive experience in water/infrastructure fields.
• Proven track record managing large-scale water projects.
• Experience with design-build and collaboration with contractors and partners.
• Strong financial acumen and project performance management.
• Excellent communication and leadership with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight as project director for complex water and infrastructure projects.
• Support client services for Sarasota-area clients and Florida/Americas-wide engagement.
• Advise on design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Lead design-build pursuits and collaborate with contractors and internal teams.
• Develop relationships with municipal clients, utilities, and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue growth initiatives.
• Review schedules, monitor cost, quality, safety, and delivery performance.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performance culture.
