You will cultivate client relationships, win new contracts through compelling proposals, and drive delivery excellence under Jacobs' health, safety, quality, and diversity standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree in related engineering or applicable discipline.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience.
• Florida-registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule and budget targets are met.
• Deliver projects with high client satisfaction while adhering to health, safety, quality and risk standards.
• Build growth by pursuing new contracts through proposals, presentations and negotiations.
• Help develop the Florida Market Action Plan delivering cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Lead client relationships, strategy, and win themes across opportunities and pursuits.
