Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead transformative water and wastewater projects for municipal clients across Florida, primarily in the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area. You will guide projects from concept through delivery, balancing scope, schedule, and budget with a focus on safety and quality.

You’ll build client relationships, drive proposals, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet community needs. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Project Management for water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
• Municipal consulting experience.
• Florida PE licensing or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose: Manage multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Deliver excellence: Oversee projects that meet safety, quality, and risk management standards while supporting clients.
• Drive growth: Secure new opportunities through proposals, presentations, and negotiations, leveraging market insight and client relationships.
• Shape the future: Contribute to the Florida Market Action Plan, introducing cutting-edge solutions and expanding the client base.
• Champion inclusion: Foster a culture of collaboration and diversity through Jacobs’ TogetherBeyond initiative.
• Own client success: Develop account strategies, lead pursuit activities, and influence win strategies to strengthen long-term partnerships.
