MWH Constructors, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support engineering, coordination and construction of civil, architectural and structural work on a major water infrastructure project in Gresham, Oregon.

The role reports to the Senior PM and ensures work remains on budget and schedule per contract documents and standards. You will assist with change management, subcontract/purchase agreements, monthly billings, and project controls while maintaining safety and quality on a dynamic

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in project controls or project management in construction.
• Experience with project accounting, scheduling, document management and audits.

Aufgaben

• Manage project cost forecasts, resources, and productivity variance data.
• Assist PM with change management and subcontracts/purchase agreements.
• Prepare monthly billings and progress reports for internal/external use.
• Develop budgets, cash flow projections, and cost-related project tools.
