Job summary

NW Recruiting Partners seeks an Assistant Project Manager in Salem, Oregon to support water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including treatment plants and pump stations. The role suits an early-career civil engineer or construction professional building project-management experience, collaborating with seasoned managers and field teams.

You will assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, documentation, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in civil construction, heavy civil, or project coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Familiarity with plans, specs, scheduling, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of heavy civil water and wastewater projects.
• Support schedules, budgets, cost tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers and owners.
