Job summary

MWH Constructors in the Portland area is seeking a qualified Project Engineer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Gresham, Oregon. You will assist the Project Management team with cost management, forecasting, contract administration, change management, and project controls.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, 3+ years of project engineering/controls experience, and on-site availability five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering, commercial project controls, construction management, contract administration, or related project delivery roles.
• Experience supporting cost management, change management, forecasting, budgeting, or contract administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in cost management, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Assist in contract administration, change orders, and pricing validation.
• Support planning, execution, and reporting with project teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status updates for stakeholders.
