Job summary

MWH is seeking a qualified Project Engineer to support a major wastewater treatment plant project in Gresham, Oregon. The role involves assisting the Project Management team with cost management, change management, contract administration, forecasting, reporting, and project controls, ensuring commercial objectives are met.

Essential functions focus on cost management, contract administration, project coordination, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering, commercial project controls, construction management, contract administration, or related project delivery roles.
• Experience supporting cost management, change management, forecasting, budgeting, or contract administration.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, project documentation, and commercial management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management, forecasting, and project control activities.
• Assist in contract administration, change management, and subcontract negotiations.
• Coordinate with project team and field staff to align schedules, costs, and procurement.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
