Job summary

Rheem is seeking a Technical Support Representative III to provide frontline technical and customer support for Rheem Water Heating products. You will assist customers with product operation, installation guidance, troubleshooting, warranty inquiries, and parts identification while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position supports Rheem North America and may require on-site work at multiple office locations, including Lewisville, TX, with a hybrid arrangement of 2–4 days
