Job summary

Castleworks is seeking a Water Heater Selling Technician to blend hands-on plumbing with smart sales. You’ll educate customers, present options, and close installations, earning hourly pay plus commissions weekly.

In residential and commercial settings, you’ll install gas, electric, and tankless heaters, maintain accurate job docs, and use AI coaching to sharpen your sales skills. A valid license and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and ability to close sales.
• At least 1 year of field experience, plumbing background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs and doing field work.

Responsibilities

• Sell and install water heater solutions in residential and commercial settings.
• Close sales by presenting options, pricing, and value clearly.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters per safety standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Use AI-powered coaching tools to review calls and improve selling skills.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, performance and value.
• Maintain truck inventory, complete documentation, and keep job sites clean.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to ensure timely completion.
