100Hires, Inc. is hiring a Water Heater Selling Technician to join our team. This role blends hands-on plumbing with sales, educating customers and closing service calls for water heater upgrades in residential and commercial settings.

You will install gas, electric, and tankless units, diagnose issues, and use coaching tools to sharpen selling skills. Expect weekly commissions and overtime as needed for emergency calls.

Qualifications

• 1+ year field experience; plumbing background preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform field work.
• Coachable and growth-minded; open to feedback.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell and install water heater solutions during service calls.
• Recommend replacements and upgrades with clear options and pricing.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters per code.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency and long-term value.
• Maintain truck inventory and complete documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to complete jobs.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
