Job summary

CastleWorks Home Services Company is seeking a Water Heater Selling Technician to blend hands-on plumbing work with sales responsibilities. You will educate customers, present options, and close installations for residential and commercial settings, earning hourly pay plus commissions.

The role requires field experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license; you will handle service calls, install and maintain water heater systems, and help customers choose energy-efficient

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant field experience (plumbing background preferred).
• Sales experience preferred; comfortable presenting options and closing sales.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, filtration systems, and related upgrades during service calls.
• Close sales by presenting options, pricing, and value clearly and confidently.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless water heaters in compliance with safety and code requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Use AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and sharpen selling skills.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, performance, and long-term value.
• Maintain truck inventory, complete documentation, and keep clean job sites.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to ensure timely job completion.
• Work overtime as needed due to the emergency nature of water heater services.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Do
