Job summary

CastleWorks Water Heaters is seeking a Water Heater Sales & Installation Specialist to audit residential and commercial sites, present replacement options, and close sales by delivering expert installations to code. You will drive customer education on energy efficiency and cost of ownership while coordinating with dispatch to ensure same-day solutions where possible.

The role requires customer-facing excellence, the ability to lift 75+ lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field experience in plumbing or related work preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and perform field work.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters and upgrades during service visits.
• Present options, pricing and value to close sales.
• Install gas, electric, and tankless units to code and safety standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain systems as needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to ensure timely completion.
