Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air Inc. is hiring a Water Heater Installer to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on installations, replacements (tank and tankless), and upgrades while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will diagnose issues, provide upfront pricing, and educate homeowners on optimal solutions, working in a performance-based environment with opportunities to earn based on results.

Qualifications

• Proven residential plumbing experience with strong water heater install background.
• Experience with tankless systems and conversions preferred.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based / commission-driven environment.
• Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive and driven to earn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues focusing on water heater failures, inefficiencies and replacement opportunities.
• Perform water heater installs and replacements (tank & tankless).
• Recommend system upgrades (tankless conversions, capacity increases, efficiency improvements).
• Educate homeowners and guide them to the right solution.
• Provide upfront pricing and close jobs on-site.
• Deliver clean, professional installations and a strong customer experience.
• Manage calls efficiently to maximize daily production.
