Job summary

CastleWorks Home Services Company is seeking a Water Heater Sales & Installation Specialist who blends skilled plumbing with consultative selling in residential and commercial settings. You’ll diagnose, explain options (gas, electric, or tankless), and deliver code-compliant installs with a focus on safety and customer education.

You’ll use AI-powered coaching to sharpen your approach, maintain truck stock, and coordinate with dispatch for timely project completion.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field experience (plumbing background preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform field work.
• Coachable, growth-focused, and receptive to feedback.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company policy.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell replacement water heaters, filtration add-ons, and related upgrades during service visits
• Present clear options, pricing, and value to confidently close sales
• Install gas, electric, and tankless units to code and safety standards
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems
• Leverage AI-powered sales coaching tools to review calls and continuously improve
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, performance, and long-term cost of ownership
• Maintain truck stock, complete accurate documentation, and leave spotless job sites
• Coordinate with dispatch and installers to deliver timely project completion
• Work overtime as needed due to the emergency nature of water heater services
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
