Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air Inc. in Nashville seeks a Residential Water Heater Installer to perform installs, replacements and upgrades with a focus on water heater systems. You will diagnose issues, quote accurately, and deliver high-quality workmanship in customers’ homes.

Qualifications

Proven residential plumbing experience with strong water heater install background.
Experience with tankless systems and conversions preferred.
Comfortable in a performance-based / commission-driven environment.
Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home.
Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose residential plumbing issues with a focus on water heater failures, inefficiencies, and replacement opportunities.
Perform water heater installs and replacements (tank & tankless).
Recommend system upgrades (tankless conversions, capacity increases, efficiency improvements).
Educate homeowners and confidently guide them to the right solution.
Provide upfront pricing and close jobs on-site.
Deliver clean, professional installations and a strong customer experience.
