Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a Residential Water Heater Installer to perform installations, replacements, and upgrades with a performance-based pay structure. Earn based on your output, with no ceiling, and take advantage of steady demand for water heater work.

A company vehicle, uniforms, and tools are provided to support your earnings potential. Ideal candidates have residential plumbing experience, knowledge of tank and tankless water heaters, and familiarity with relevant codes.

Qualifications

Previous residential plumbing experience with water heater installation.
Experience installing both tank and tankless water heaters preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing systems, venting, gas piping, and local codes.
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install and replace residential water heaters, including both traditional tank and tankless systems.
Remove and dispose of existing equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local plumbing codes, and company quality standards.
Test installed systems to verify proper operation and safety.
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
Complete required job documentation and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
Work closely with dispatch and team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.
