Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a Water Heater Installer to lead residential water heater installations, replacements, and upgrades. The role focuses on diagnosing issues, performing both tank and tankless installs, and guiding homeowners toward optimal solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong residential plumbing experience, familiarity with tankless systems, and comfort working in a commission-driven environment. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience with water heater installs and replacements.
• Experience with tankless systems and conversions preferred.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based/commission-driven environment.
• Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Manage your calls efficiently to maximize daily production

What We're Looking For

• Proven residential plumbing experience, with strong water heater install background
• Experience with tankless systems and conversions preferred
• Comfortable working in a performance-based / commission-driven environment
• Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home
