Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is recruiting for a Water Heater Installer in Illinois. This full-time, performance-based role focuses on installing and replacing residential water heaters, including tank and tankless systems, with a pay-up-for-performance structure and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

The ideal candidate has residential plumbing experience, knowledge of codes and venting, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Prior residential plumbing experience with water heater installation.
Experience with both tank and tankless water heaters preferred.
Knowledge of plumbing codes, venting, and gas piping.

Responsibilities

Install and replace residential water heaters, including tank and tankless systems.
Remove old equipment and keep work area clean and organized.
Ensure installations meet codes, manufacturer specs and quality standards.
Test installed systems for proper operation and safety.
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
Complete required job documentation and maintain company equipment and vehicles.
Coordinate with dispatch and team members to complete installations on schedule.
