Tri-State Water, Power & Air is looking for a Plumbing Sales Representative to join our Nashville, TN team. You will conduct in-home consultations, provide tailored plumbing solutions, educate homeowners, and close sales to deliver exceptional outcomes.

We offer pre-set leads and paid training, with earnings driven by a competitive commission structure. Expect a dynamic, growth-focused environment, with career paths across the Midwest and Mid-South.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or home services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités
