Job summary

Stantec is seeking a full-time Construction Field Inspector for our Water Business Line, focused on on-site project support across the Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, and Georgia regions. The role emphasizes safety, field testing, and adherence to contract documents while supporting multiple clients in power, dams, and municipal utilities.

Travel and weekends may be required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field construction and knowledge of quality management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pre-employment drug screen required and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site safety representative and maintain a safe working environment.
• Liaise between engineer and contractor.
• Oversee testing and maintain documentation per project documents.
• Monitor construction progress and field issues, coordinate with design team.
