Qualifications

• Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered to meet qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff; manages work schedules and timesheets; counsels or disciplines as appropriate.
• Organizes, prioritizes, and assigns work; ensures resources are available and monitors progress.
• Uses CMMS to schedule maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep; maintains and updates related procedures.
