Job summary

Ascent Resources in Cambridge, OH is seeking an experienced Control Room Operator to support the Water Management Team and field personnel. You will monitor tank levels, water production rates, and assist with load scheduling and transportation requests.

This role involves handling 100–200 incoming calls daily, providing customer service, updating haul orders in the Water Dispatch system, and collaborating with supervisors and drivers to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include basic Microsoft Windows/Office experience.
• Customer service skills, accuracy, patience, strong work ethic and ability to work within a team environment.
• Multitask in a four to six monitor computer setup environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer 100-200 calls per day from field personnel, drivers, and outside carrier partners.
• Provide a high level of customer service to adjust dispatches and accommodate changes in operating environments.
• Accurately communicate urgent needs to Water Superintendent and Supervisors.
• Work with Supervisors, Field Staff and others on miscellaneous projects.
• Track and report loads generated and completed on daily haul logs.
• Communicate between shifts on operation concerns and ongoing projects.
• Assign/update/confirm electronic haul orders via Water Dispatch system.
• Other duties as needed.
