Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and be available for emergency work after hours.
• Capable of lifting 100 lbs and walking long distances.
• CDL-A or obtain within six months; Ohio EPA Class I license or equivalent within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains water distribution and sewer collection facilities.
• Ensures daily work complies with OEPA and PUCO regulatory requirements and company safety policies.
• Operates and maintains equipment used in water/wastewater systems.
• Reads maps, drawings and GIS data; locates mains and services for construction work.
• Performs Customer Service, Meter Reading and Treatment Plant Operations work as assigned.
• Communicates effectively via email and text.
• Responds to after hour calls for emergency and non-emergency situations; available for scheduled overtime.
• All other duties as assigned.
