Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Water Transfer Operations in Cambridge, OH. You will oversee all water transfer activities for a specific operator, lead a team of field personnel, and ensure projects are safe, on schedule, and within budget.

This role requires a minimum of two years in water transfer, a Certified Fusion Technician credential, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of water transfer experience.
• Experience supervising field personnel and leading teams.
• Certified Fusion Technician (1+ year).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile reporting tools and field documentation.
• Technical or engineering coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and supervise all assigned personnel.
• Act as the client’s point of contact and represent Keystone leadership on-site.
• Ensure safe, efficient setup and operation of all water transfer systems.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and scheduling of field resources.
• Coordinate with engineering for technical specs and job cost analysis.
• Review and sign daily field tickets and project documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and train team members on procedures and equipment.
• Monitor performance of pumps, valves, fusion machines, and related systems.
