Job summary

U.S. Water Culligan Group seeks a Route Driver to manage daily delivery routes for bottled water and salt, servicing residential and commercial customers. You’ll troubleshoot basic equipment and ensure accurate deliveries while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to lift heavy loads (50–80 lbs), hold a valid license, and are motivated to learn in a stable, long-term role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed.
• No college degree required; motivation and willingness to learn are valued.
• Able to lift and move heavy products up to 50–80 lbs.
• Enjoy hands-on, active work and provide reliable daily service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver products safely and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic functionality on water dispensing units and assist with tests.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Build strong customer relationships through dependable service and communication.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain delivery records per safety guidelines.
