Volarify is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist in Grand Rapids, MI to head a residential and small commercial water damage team. You will apply IICRC S500/S520 standards, manage moisture control, and document losses with field records.

The role requires supervising crews, coordinating with supervisors, and traveling as needed. Strong English, safety focus, and equipment expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Current IICRC WRT designation.
• Familiar with water damage standards and documentation.
• Ability to read floor plans and complete moisture logs.
• Experience supervising small crews up to 10 people.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in proper PPE usage and safety.
• Review project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance.
• Maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Travel nights/weekends as required.
