Job summary

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT course or 1–2 years related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to read/write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Mitigation Technician cleans and dries out internal/inside areas of damaged property.
• Identifies items that are wet using specialized equipment.
• Removes drywall, pulls up flooring, and clears debris.
• Pumps water out with extraction equipment.
• Dries out water damaged materials with drying equipment.
• Provides excellent customer service to property owner.
• Communicates job updates with clients, insurance reps, and Project Manager.
• Responds to on-call duties as needed.
