Job summary

Jenkins Restorations in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Mitigation Technician to perform water and storm damage cleanup for residential and commercial properties. The role emphasizes rapid response, customer service, and adherence to safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT certification or equivalent training
• High School diploma or GED
• Onsite water mitigation experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Mitigation Technician cleans and dries out internal/inside areas of damaged property
• Identifies items that are wet with specialized equipment
• Removes drywall, pulls up flooring, clears out debris
• Pumps water out with extraction equipment
• Dries out water damaged materials with drying equipment
• Provides excellent customer service to property owner
• Communicates job updates with clients, insurance reps and PM
• Responds 24x7 on call as needed
• All other duties as assigned
