Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (24x7).
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform water and storm damage cleanup.
• Identify and remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring).
• Use extraction and drying equipment to remove moisture.
• Provide excellent customer communication and progress updates.
• Respond to on-call requests as needed.
