Job summary

Jenkins Restorations in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Mitigation Technician to perform water and storm damage cleanup and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires physical labor and on-call responsiveness 24x7 to support disaster response and property restoration.

The technician will operate extraction equipment, dry affected materials, and communicate progress to clients, insurance reps, and the Project Manager. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT certification or equivalent training; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong English reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and dry interior areas of damaged property.
• Identify wet areas with specialized equipment and remove debris.
• Operate extraction and drying equipment; assist with roof access as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and update clients, insurers and Project Manager.
• Respond 24x7 on-call as required.
