Job summary

Qualifications

• IICRC WRT certification or equivalent training.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and write routine reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and dries out internal areas of damaged properties.
• Identifies wet items with specialized equipment.
• Removes drywall, flooring, and debris.
• Pumps water out with extraction equipment.
• Dries materials using drying equipment.
• Provides excellent customer service to property owners.
• Communicates progress with clients, insurers, and Project Manager.
• Responds 24x7 as needed.
