Job summary

Volarify (an Amsys Company) seeks an intermediate-level Water Damage Specialist to lead a residential and small commercial losses team, applying IICRC standards and using moisture detection tools in challenging environments.

You will supervise crews, manage field documentation, and coordinate equipment with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service. Travel and shift flexibility are required in this role.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Proficient use of moisture meters, IR cameras; distinguish affected materials.
• Experience supervising small crews (up to 10 people).
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and execute instructions from the Supervisor.
• Direct teams in PPE usage for each job.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintain vehicles.
• Uphold attention to detail in all tasks.
• Comply with Our Client's standards to safeguard property.
• Demonstrate strong customer service knowledge in the field.
• Work under time constraints to meet deadlines.
• Be available for periodic travel, night shifts, and weekends.
