Job summary
BELFOR in Concord, NH is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water-damage team, apply IICRC standards, and document moisture extent. You will guide techs, manage multiple losses, and ensure safe use of drying equipment. Requires 12 months in basic water damage and participation in 25 projects, plus supervision of crews and hands-on field skills. This is a full-time on-site role.
Qualifications
12 months of Water Damage Basic task experience with BELFOR or equivalent
Directly participated in at least 25 water damage projects
Familiar with IICRC S500 and S520 standards
Carry current IICRC WRT designation
Familiar with meters and IR camera and related materials
Able to sketch, read floor plans, and document moisture goals
Supervise small crews (up to 10) and manage time constraints
Responsibilities
Direct teams in using the correct PPE for each job
Review daily project requirements and document progress
Provide field documentation, photos, and sketches for projects
Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
Comply with BELFOR standards to safeguard property
Travel and work at night and on weekends as required
Record time worked and materials used accurately
Attend BELFOR operations and required training courses
