BELFOR Water Damage Intermediate Specialist position in Concord, NH, leads the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses, applying IICRC S500/S520 practices and managing moisture, drying, and equipment. The role develops basic technicians and coordinates with supervisors to meet project goals.

Travel and night/weekend work may be required; strong customer service, safety focus, and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• 13 months of experience in Basic Water Damage tasks
• Direct participation in at least 25 water damage projects
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage procedures and safety standards
• Ability to supervise and guide small crews
• Proficiency in documenting moisture and drying goals
• English language literacy and fluency

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from Supervisor and direct teams accordingly
• Select appropriate PPE and ensure safety compliance
• Review project requirements and document progress for managers
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts for projects
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintain equipment in good condition
• Comply with BELFOR standards to protect client property
• Manage time to meet deadlines and coordinate with teams
• Occasionally travel, work nights and weekends
• Record time worked and resources used accurately
