BELFOR Property Restoration in McKinney, TX, is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, operate water extraction and moisture-detection equipment, and document moisture distribution on projects.

Responsibilities include directing team members, reviewing project needs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and quality while meeting deadlines.

Formación

• Familiar with IICRC water and mold standards.
• Must demonstrate proper meter use and documentation.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and self-perform Water Damage Basic tasks.
• Gather pictures to download to job files.
• Maintain equipment used in daily tasks related to debris removal; containment/drying chambers; wall cavity drying; pump system knowledge.
• Properly identify moisture and deploy drying goals; document costs and progress.
• Supervise small crews on residential, commercial and industrial losses; ensure safety and quality.
